Recommendations for developing a resilient learning society - developed in the Nordplus Horizontal project The Learning Society (2018) - is a report describing the experiences of the project The Learning Society. The aim of the project was to experiment with new and more flexible learning formats.

Based on the project activities the partnership has formulated 11 overall recommendations about how to ensure lifelong flexible and resilient learning in organisations and specific recommendations for each of the 4 cases in the project that are specific to the target group and the concrete work field that the cases worked with.
