L2 Mathematics
Objective
Many of the bilingual adults who participate in the Nordic countries' second language teaching (L2 education) also need to upgrade their skills in mathematics.
The objective of the project was to exchange experiences with the teaching of bilingual adults in mathematics in Denmark, Norway and Iceland, as well as establishing a network of persons and institutions that work both theoretically and practically with teaching mathematics for bilingual adults.
Activities
Partner meetings were held in which experiences with teaching bilingual adults in the Nordic countries were discussed, including appropriate teaching materials and methods.

The project was supported by Nordplus Adult and was implemented in 2006.
