Online Dansk
Objective:
The project develops e-learning materials on Danish as a Second Language, designed particularly for expatriates and their families.
The learning modules provide foreigners an opportunity to learn Danish before they come to Denmark. They will also be able to avail of this facility after they arrive in the country, either for their self-study or as supplement to their formal Danish language courses.
Content:
The levels of the learning materials are patterned after modules of the official Danish language training course. It has three levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced, and focuses on two professional trades (i.e., electricians and social and health care workers). Self testing of skills learned will can be made at the end of each module. The training materials will be available in 10 languages.
