Smart Mature Resilience


Smart Mature Resilience (2018) – is a project that, supported by the EU programme Horizon 2020, developed a guideline and a number of tools for assessment and strengthening of urban resilience. All products are freely available at http://smr-project.eu/home/

On the website, you can find The European Resilience Management Guideline, which is targeted at city-level decision-makers, including city council members, technical staff working with climate adaptation and urban resilience, and other stakeholders working with urban resilience.

The guideline is supported by the following five tools, also available from the website:

  • Resilience Information Portal
  • Resilience Building Policies
  • City Resilience Dynamics Model
