Administrations Go Europe (AGE)
Objective
The project aims to increase the competiveness of municipalities through internationalization, designing training modules to improve the skills of municipal staff in developing and managing international partnership projects.
Aktiviteter
Partnerlandene vil udveksle god praksis, især i forhold til:
- identification of skills needs;
- identification of suitable teaching methods and relevant course content;
- verification of acquired skills of the employees; and
- improving HR-strategies in the municipalities.
The results will be compiled in a handbook and will be actively distributed to other municipalities and training institutions.
